In passato hai usato il sito come utente registrato, ma ora non riesci a farti riconoscere dal sito.
Username o password errati
Se in passato il sito ti ha riconosciuto come iscritto, allora è molto probabile che tu stia inserendo delle credenziali errate. Tieni presente che c'è differenza tra maiuscole e minuscole nel riconoscimento della password: una password "ciao" risulta diversa da "Ciao" oppure da "CIAO". Quindi verifica se stai scrivendo la password nel modo corretto.
Lo username, invece, non è soggetto al riconoscimento delle maiuscole.

Puoi provare con la procedura di recupero della password facendo clic qui. Diversamente, inviaci una email (webmaster@ilricettariodibianca.com) in cui ci devi indicare almeno l'email con la quale ti sei registrato. La procedura per il ripristino dei dati sarà sempre inviata all'email con la quale ti sei registrato. Questo per motivi di sicurezza.
Ricordo le mie credenziali eppure non va
Se il sistema ti riconosce, ma poi in alcune pagine ti risponde come se non fossi un utente registrato, è molto probabile che tu debba eliminare i files temporanei del tuo browser. Per sapere come si fa fai clic qui.
